This year we have chosen to do a diversity analysis. This is done solely so that RFSL Stockholm can find out who we reach today and what we need to do to become a more inclusive organization and reach more people. In it, we will use different concepts that describe the members' backgrounds and experiences, such as ethnicity and functionality. We are sensitive to the fact that some of these terms may provoke reactions and welcome your feedback if this is the case. These questions are not compulsory and you can certainly choose not to answer them, but we appreciate any response we can get.
