Now it's finally time to sign up for the fall Start Group!

The Starter Group is for people aged 25 and over who have thoughts and ideas about being non-heterosexual that they would like to share with other like-minded people. Maybe you want to tell those around you about yourself, or you want to wait a while. Perhaps you have told your story and want to meet new friends to talk about your thoughts on bisexuality and homosexuality. Maybe there are things that can be difficult to talk about at school, at work, with parents or with friends or your children. The start-up group gives you the space to talk to others of the same age, who also do not recognize themselves in a heterosexual identity. The Starter Group is aimed at people of all genders.

Once a semester, a new start-up group is held, led by two people whose job is to make sure everyone feels welcome and gets something out of the meetings. The group meets one evening a week for five weeks. The first meeting is open, then the group closes and works together following a method that aims to strengthen self-esteem and provide opportunities for the exchange of experiences and space to create a social network.

Participation in a start-up group is free. There are usually between six and 14 participants in each group. Pre-registration is required as each starting group has a limited number of places. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
