About the project
RFSL Stockholm runs the project in collaboration with RFSL Youth Network of Norm Critical School Groups (NNSG). The project works in a supportive and empowering way with high school students who want to organize around LGBTQ rights, anti-racism and gender issues for a safer school environment.
The project started in January 2014 and is a three-year project funded by the Swedish Inheritance Fund. The interest in NNSG has been great and therefore we are now looking for another project manager for year two of the project.
NNSG strengthens and supports youth engagement related to school by creating digital and physical platforms, based on the needs of young people. NNSG also supports students who both want to start or already have a school group and provides access to a network of other engaged high school students.
The project also offers introductory and in-depth knowledge about norm criticism and LGBTQ rights, anti-racism and gender issues. The project organizes ongoing activities for inspiration, in-depth knowledge and strengthening activities for high school students who want to get involved in our focus areas.
About the service
As project manager, you will work together with two other project managers, one at RFSL Stockholm and one at RFSL Ungdom. Together with them, you are responsible for implementing the project based on the project plan and for applying for and accounting for project funds.
