Our names are Evelina and Nina and we are nursing students at Sophiahemmet University. During semester 5, we will conduct an independent work comprising 15 credits. The purpose of the study is to investigate transsexual people's experience of treatment in health care. We are therefore interested in conducting interviews with people selected based on the following criteria: living as a transsexual, being over 18 years old and Swedish-speaking, having been in contact with Swedish health care at some point in the last two years, and during this time living as a transsexual.
We are grateful if you would like to volunteer. You are important and your stories are needed!
No personal data will be visible in the final study and all material will be treated confidentially. The interviews will be recorded and then transcribed for further analysis. The recorded material will be deleted after completion of the work.
