The trainers at RFSL Stockholm
With sharpness and heart!
With sharpness and heart!

Our trainings are aimed at professionals in the Stockholm region who want to improve and sharpen their knowledge of LGBTI issues, intersectionality, norm criticism, and diversity issues. We help you to shape an organization that is characterized by positive and inclusive working methods and treatments, both within the organization and towards the people you meet.
We are here to give you perspectives and tools to create safe and inclusive businesses - with LGBTQI in focus!
We who work at Utbildarna at RFSL Stockholm all have a long experience of training and leading staff groups through change processes. We have pedagogical and gender science expertise as well as deep knowledge in diversity issues, intersectional norm-critical perspectives, LGBTI issues and anti-discrimination. In addition, we have extensive experience of supporting organizations in practical inclusion work and work against discrimination, harassment and abusive treatment.
For us, the most important thing is to create good conditions for learning. In our experience, all training and change work based on critical perspectives also needs to be friendly. We therefore place great emphasis on creating safer spaces for joint exploration, where all participants should feel that they dare to test themselves with the new perspectives and knowledge we offer. This is something we also want to convey during lectures and shorter training sessions. During a training from Utbildarna at RFSL Stockholm, you will be both challenged and met with respect, compassion and humor.
