The number of participants for a workshop can be up to 40 people - if the group of participants is larger than that, additional trainers will be charged.

LGBTI workshop 1 - Norm-critical perspectives:

Through interactive exercises and critical conversations, we take a closer look at norms in society and how they affect our professional lives. We focus on the heteronorm but also use intersectional perspectives. To book this workshop, you need to have at least taken part in the lecture LGBTQI Basic 1b before or have equivalent knowledge in the staff group.

Time: 3 hours

LGBTI workshop 2 - Active measures:

Through interactive exercises and critical discussions, we examine your business together. We start from, among other things, the requirement for active measures in the discrimination legislation and from norm-critical perspectives with a focus on the heteronorm. The goal is to start/develop the work with active measures (equal treatment work) in the organization.

To book this workshop you need to have at least attended the lectures LGBTI grounds 1a and 1b alternatively workshop 1 previous or equivalent knowledge in the staff group.

LGBTI workshop 3 - Challenges and dilemmas:

When working with inclusion, equal treatment, norm-critical perspectives and LGBTIQ issues, challenges and dilemmas can sometimes arise in everyday professional life. In this workshop, we start from the challenges that you experience in your particular business. The trainers will address your questions and guide you through group exercises and discussions.

To book this workshop you need to have at least attended the lectures LGBTI grounds 1a and 1b alternatively Workshop 1 previous or equivalent knowledge in the staff group.
