Our workshops focus on the practical application. These educations are based on your specific organization, your requirements, questions and prospects. If you book a workshop, you will receive a foundational training as well as the space to work together as a group within your organization.
The maximum number of participants for a workshop is 40 people – if the group is larger than that, costs for additional educators will be added.

LGBQTI workshop 1 – Norm critical perspectives:
Through interactive exercises and analytical conversations, we take a closer look at norms in society and how they affect our everyday professional lives. We focus on heteronormativity but work from an intersectional perspective. To book this workshop, you need to have taken part in at least the lecture LGBTQI Basics 1a before or have equivalent knowledge within the group.

LGBTQI Workshop 2 – Active measure (aktiva åtgärder):
Through interactive exercises and analytical conversations, we examine your organization together. We start from, among other things, the requirement for active measures with the Swedish discrimination legislation and from norm critical perspectives with a focus on the heteronorm. The goal is to begin/develop your work with active measures & equitable treatment within your organization.
To book this workshop, you need to have at least taken part in the lectures LGBTQI basics 1a and 1b or workshop 1 before or equivalent knowledge in the staff group.

LGBTQI Workshop 3 – challenges and dilemmas:
When working with questions like inclusion, equitable treatment, norm-critical perspectives and LGBTQI issues, challenges and dilemmas linked to everyday working life can sometimes appear. In this workshop, we base the work on the challenges that you experience in your particular organization. The educators work off of your questions and guide you through group exercises and conversations.
To book this workshop, you need to have at least taken part in the lectures LGBTQI Basics 1a and 1b or Workshop 1 before or equivalent knowledge in the staff group.
