Where to start?
If this is your organization’s first step in promoting inclusion and LGBTI competence, we recommend that you start by looking through our basic training courses. Here you will find lectures that provide foundational knowledge to start your work for inclusion, LGBTI competence and equitable treatment, both within your organization and towards the people you meet.
Are you looking for an education that focuses on your organization and your needs? Then we recommend you take a look at our thematic and organization-based educations which are linked to specific lines of work and professions, or we can tailor a course according to your needs!
If you are more interested in getting into the practical part of working with inclusion, LGBTQI-competence and equitable treatment, you can book a workshop with us!
If you are interested in continuing your existing work with inclusion, LGBTI competence and equal treatment, then we offer process-oriented trainings in the form of both consultation and guidance. Alternatively, we can tailor an education based on your long-term goals and needs! For example, we can help you create an action plan against discrimination and harassment, or support you in any challenges you have encountered in your work so far.
If you are a municipal organization within the City of Stockholm, you can book a Stockholm City’s diploma course for an LGBTQ-competent and norm-conscious approach (Stockholms stads diplomutbildning för ett hbtq-kompetent och normmedvetet bemötande) that we Educators at RFSL deliver.
