Consultation and guidance


Have you hired us for training in the past and are currently working for an inclusive and LGBTQI competent organization?
Then there is an opportunity to book us for consultation and/or guidance where we can follow up on the ideas and thoughts that have arisen since the last time! If you haven’t hired us before but already actively work with developing your organization or LGBTQI competence in the workplace, you can of course also book us – get in touch and we’ll find a solution!


We can offer consultation and guidance with for example:

  • development of an action plan against discrimination and harassment
  • formulating goals, indicators and the implementation of proactive actions
  • follow-up of the action plan
  • evaluation of implemented efforts
  • challenges regarding meeting and working with your target group
