Basic training lectures: LGBTQI competence, inclusion, and equitable treatment

Our lectures provide basic knowledge to increase LGBTQI competence and contribute to equitable and inclusive treatment, both within your organization and towards the people you meet. Our basic training courses are 1–3 hours long depending on which themes you want to focus on, and can be delivered both on-site and digitally. The number of participants can be up to 400 people.
