Forskning visar att människor som säljer sex kan få sämre tillgång till sjukvård, rättssystemet och andra viktiga samhällsinstitutioner.

RFSL Stockholm får ofta ta del av personliga berättelser om riskerna, utsattheten och stigmatiseringen som människor som säljer sex upplever. Personer utan rättshandlingar och människor som söker asyl i samband med sina hbtqi-identiteter är särskilt utsatta.

Idag, på Sex Worker Pride Day, vill vi betona att vi alltid kommer att arbeta för ett jämlikt samhälle där alla har rätt till vård, skydd och stöd oberoende av vad vi, av olika anledningar, gör på dagarna.

Som ett led i vårt arbete med att stärka de mänskliga rättigheterna för personer som säljer sex har vi valt temat ”sex mot ersättning” för 2023s upplaga av RFSL Stockholms och Sexperternas årliga Sexhälsokonferens. Registreringen är öppen till 20 september!

The stories and documented situations of RFSL Stockholm’s members point out the high risk, mistreatment, and stigma that this group experiences – especially undocumented migrants and LGBTQI+ individuals who seek asylum.

Today, on Sex Worker Pride Day, we want to emphasize that we will always strive for an equal society where everyone has the right to healthcare, protection, and support regardless of how we, regardless of what the reasons may be, spend our days.

As part of our work to strengthen human rights and improve the health conditions of people who sell sex, we have chosen the theme ”sex for compensation” for the 2023 edition of RFSL Stockholm’s and #Sexperterna’s annual #sexualhealthconference. Registration is open here until the 20th of September.
